In this video I am thrilled to share how the past 4 weeks have gone with my “less sugar and gluten” diet. I have tracked my points! Overall I am happy with my progress, but most importantly how my body and mind feels.

👉Chili Recipe: Makes lots of servings (good for 6 hungry adults)
Time: 40 minutes from start to serve…
1 lb 94% lean Turkey burger cooked in taco seasoning mix (I make ahead of time, and thaw)
1 lb can Chick peas
1 lb can Black beans
1 lb can Red kidney beans
3 cups (frozen mixed veggies)
About 2 cups chicken broth
Seasonings (not measured)
Chili powder
Onion seasoning
Garlic salt (or powder)
More Chili powder😀
