Air Fryer Chili Salmon || Sweet and Spicy chili Salmon Recipe – RKC
My familyās favorite weeknight meal. We all love salmon. Itās very easy to make and taste delicious.

Ingredients
* 4 skin off salmon fillets
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 2 tbsp brown sugar
* 1 tbsp chili powder
* 1 tsp ground cumin
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp ginger powder
* 1 tsp black pepper
* 1 tsp salt
* 2 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
1. In a shallow bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, pepper powder, chili sauce, soy sauce and salt.
2. Rinse and pat dry the salmon. Lightly coat salmon fillets with olive oil,lemon juice and season with the mix on both sides. Rub it with your hand and evenly coat the fillets with all the spices. Let it sit for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
3. For Air Fryer: Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place salmon fillets in air fryer basket and air fry at 350°F for about 8-10 minutes.
4. For Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large baking pan with foil. Bake salmon fillets for 12-15 minutes(depending on the thickness of the fillet)or until salmon is cooked through.
5. For stovetop: Heat oil a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Once cooked, remove from the pan.
6. Enjoy the chili salmon with a side of zucchini noodles. Season zuchini noodles with salt, pepper and sautƩ for 2 minutes, drizzle little lemon juice over.
