Pork Chili – Episode 3 (1 Minute Recipes)

Good for 6-8 people

Pork Chili

Ingredients:
500g ground pork
250g red beans
6 tomatoes, diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 onions, chopped
2 bellpeppers, julienned
tomato sauce
beef broth
cheese (optional)

Spices:
2 tablespoons cumin
1 tablespoon marjoram/oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Saute garlic, onion, tomatoes. Brown meat.
2. Remove excess fat/oil from the pork.
3. Add bellpeppers, tomato sauce, and red beans. Stir. Then add the beef broth.
4. Let it simmer to cook the beans. If it dries up, add more beef broth. Simmer at least 2 hours, until beans look creamy and soft but still crunchy texture. Let it simmer for softer beans.
5. Serve with quickmelt cheese and garnish with coriander.

Serve on tacos/nachos/tortilla chipsThis can serve around 6-8 people!
