Paneer Chilli Dry Recipe (3-4 servings) –

Ingredients for frying Paneer Pieces –
250 gram Paneer Cubes
3 tblsps Corn Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Oil for frying

Ingredients for Sauce –
2 tblsps Oil
1 tblsp heaped finely chopped Garlic
1 tblsp finely chopped Ginger
1 tblsp Green Chillies chopped
6 Green Chillies chopped lengthwise
1 onion diced
2 medium Capsicum diced
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Chinese Salt (Aji No Moto)
1 tblsp dark Soya Sauce
2 tsps Corn Flour mixed in half cup water (Corn Flour Slurry)
1 tsp White Vinegar
1/4 cup Green Onion leaves
