Ingredents
Paneer – 500 gm
Cornflour – 2 Tbsp
Maida APF – 1 Tbsp
Black pepper – 1 Tsp
Red Chilli powder – 1/2 Tsp
Red chilli – soak in warm water
Oil for frying
Ginger & garlic – finely chopped 2 Tbsp
Red chilli paste
Onion – 1 medium
Capsicum – 1 medium
Soya sauce – 1 Tbsp
Chilli sauce – 2 Tbsp
Honey – 1 tsp
Salt
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Cornflour slurry – 2 Tbsp + 5 Tbsp water
Spring onion to granish
