Dry Chilli paneer @asma’s culinary delights

Hello my YouTube family. Today I am sharing the quick and easy recipe of dry sabzi chilli paneer recipe. It’s very easy and quick recipe.

Ingredients

Paneer : 700 g
Cornflour : 2-3 tbsp
Green chillies : 3-4 finely chop
Chilli paste : to taste
Onions : 3
Capsicum/bell pepper : 2-3
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Black pepper : 1/2 tsp
Tomato sauce : 6 tbsp
Chilli sauce : 2 tbsp
Soya sauce : 4 tbsp
Vinegar : 1/2 tbsp

Method:
Cut the paneer to cubes and add them to a bowl. Next add the cornflour, salt, pepper and mix. Next in a pan heat oil and fry the paneer. Fry it until it’s golden. To the tomato sauce add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar and mix well. Next in a wok heat oil on high heat and add the onions and stir fry. Next add the bell peppers and stir fry on high heat. Next add chopped green chillies and stir fry. Next add the fried paneer and mix. Then add the sauce and mix well. The chilli paneer is ready. Garnish with green chillies and serve with rice. Enjoy!
