4 Scallions
1 Jalapeno (more if you like)
1 or 2 roma tomato’s
Ground turkey
4 tablespoons of southwest spice blend
4 teaspoon of chicken stock
tomato paste
can of black beans with juice
Smoky Red pepper crema
container (8 ounces) sour cream
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Chipotle Chili Pepper
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper
1/2 cup of water
Wash and dry products
scallions- separate whites from greens and chop
create a few half’s from the jalapeno then dice rest
dice tomato
Heat oil in pot add scallion whites and minced jalapeno cook for 5 minutes (stir)
Add turkey and south west spice. break up turkey cook for 5 minutes or until done
add tomatoes, tomato paste and stir for a minute
add beans with juice and chicken stock
add 1/2 cup of water and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. Add a splash of water if too thick for your liking
Add some pepper
top with jalapeno and crema sauce (ingredients above)
