Simple Chicken Fry | Chatpata Chicken Fry
Ingredients:-
500 gm Chicken Boneless
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
salt to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp gram flour
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp curd
1 tbsp oil
oil for frying
10-12 garlic cloves
3 green chillies
1/2 onion
chopped onion
chopped tomatoes
dark soy sauce 1/2 tsp
tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
chopped capsicum
