[INGREDIENTS]
– 250 Gm baby corn
– 1/4 cup all purpose flour (maida)
– 1/4 Cup Cornflour
– Salt as per taste
– 2 Tsp ginger garlic paste
– 3 Tbsp oil
– 2 Tbsp chopped ginger garlic
– 2 Green chillies
– 2 Medium sized onion cut into big pieces and separated
– 1 Medium sized capsicum into big pieces
– 1 Tsp red chilli powder
– 1 Tsp crushed black pepper
– 1 Tbsp tomato ketchup
– 2 Tbsp red chilli sauce
– 1 Tsp vinegar or lemon juice
– 1 Tbsp soy sauce
– Around 1/4 cup water
– My homemmade organic red food color – 1/2 Tsp
– 1 Tbsp cornflour + 2 Tbsp water
– 1 Tbsp honey or sugar
