HOW TO Make HEALTHY CHILI Recipe! | INFERNO BEEF CHILI

We’re huge fans of chili – so we thought we would share how to make our healthy chili recipe using beef! It’s starting to get cold outside with Fall approaching – so this is the perfect easy dish to make to satisfy those chili cravings. We’ve got a delicious pan-fried corn salsa to top our chili – there’s some killer flavors in here so give it a shot and let us know what you think!

💀😈 Recipe for HEALTHY CHILI Recipe:
BROWN BEEF / ADD ONIONS, BEANS, TOMATOES
-Use 2 lbs of any lean beef you like – higher the percentage the lower the calories – we used 92% to keep some of the fat. 160 Calories / 4 oz serving.
-Dice onions and add to the pan with 1-2 tbsp of avocado or any other oil.
-Add 1 can of black beans and 1 can of red kidney beans – drained and rinsed.
-Add 2 cans of fire roasted rotel tomatoes and 3 tbsp of Tomato Paste

SEASONINGS & COOKING
-Season with 3 TBSP of Chili Powder, 2 TBSP of Cumin, 1 TBSP of Cayenne Pepper (Use less if you don’t like a lot of heat in your Chili), 2 TBSP Garlic Powder, 1 TBSP Onion Powder, 1 TBSP Salt, 1 TBSP Oregano, 2 CUPS Beef Broth. Reduce heat to a simmer and let cook up to 1 hour until chili thickens.

PANFRIED CORN SALSA
-Shave an ear of corn or use a can of corn – pan fry until brown / blackened – Let cool
-Dice roma tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and jalapenos (no seeds) and combine
-Juice 2 limes into salsa mixture
-Add fried corn to the salsa – then season with salt / pepper / garlic powder

TOPPINGS / CHIPS
-We used Quest chips or a Baked Scoop Tostido to keep the calories lower
-Low Fat Sour Cream
-1/8 to 1/4 of an Avocado if you like
-Zero or low fat cheese if you want – we didn’t use cheese.

Assemble your plate with your preferred portions and enjoy!
