KISIR Recipe – with bulgur and with quinoa

This video shows two ways of making Kisir, the first one is the traditional way with bulgur and the second one is the modern way with quiona!

Ingredients for Bulgur version:
1 cup of thin bulgur
1 cup of hot water
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
Half a lemon
4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
1-2 small cucumbers
Parsley and dill
Salt, red dried chili peppers, dried mint

Ingredients for Quinoa version:
1 cup of quinoa
2 cups of water to boil
1 celery stick
4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
Half a lemon
1-2 small cucumbers
Parsley and dill
Salt, red dried pepper chili peppers, dried mint
100 gr of feta cheese
