3 Garlic cloves
500 g Kidney beans, red
500 g Soy mince or any veggie mince
Canned Goods
1/4 cup Tomato puree
500 ml Vegetable stock
Baking & Spices
1 tbsp. Paprika
1 tsp Salt
Oils & Vinegars
2 tbsp. Olive oil

2 tins Of chopped tomatoes or 750 ml passata
