Hello friends today I will be sharing the recipe of Crispy Baby Corn Chilli.
Ingredients needed to coat the baby corns:-
4 tsp maida
4 tsp cornflour
2 tsp rice flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp kashmiri lal mirch
1/2 tsp kali mirch powder
1 tsp water
Ingredients needed to make the chilli sauce:-
2 tsp oil
Chopped garlic
2 chopped green chillies
Chopped capsicum
1/2 tsp Soya Sauce
2 tsp red chilli sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp kali mirch powder
1 tsp kashmiri lal mirch powder
Mixture of 1 spoon cornflour and 3 tbsp water
