Hi! Welcome back to another Genshin Impact recipe! This time weāre making Chili-Mince Cornbread Buns! To be honest I have never heard of this dish before prior seeing it online. But I eagerly wanted to recreate this because the paw prints on the buns looked super cute and I love spicy food hehe! After doing my research apparently this cornbread buns are a type of steamed buns popular in Northern China. This dish not only was delicious, but it was also fun to eat!

Cornbread buns (10 buns):
1 cup sticky rice flour (110 g, you can substitute with regular flour)
1 cup corn flour (130 g)
1 Tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
1 cup warm water
Sauce:
400 g minced pork (you can use any meat you like also vegan “meat” or crumbled tofu)
1 small onion
5 g ginger
1 solo garlic
1 red bell pepper
100 g napa cabbage
80 g celery
1 small fresh chili
1 spring onion
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp chili bean sauce (toban djan)
1 Tbsp sugar
Black pepper to taste
Cornstarch slurry (1 Tbsp cornstarch & 1 Tbsp cold water)
