1. Parotta 3
2. Oil 3 spoon
3. Ginger small piece
4. Garlic 4 chopped
5. Green chili 2 chopped
6. Onion 1 chopped
7. Tomato 2 chopped
8. Turmeric powder 1/4th spoon
9. Chili powder ½ spoon
10. Coriander powder 3/4th spoon
11. Garam masala ½ spoon
12. Kashmiri chili powder ½ spoon
13. Salt ½ spoon
14. Chili flakes ½ spoon
15. Water 2 spoon
16. Red chili sauce 1 spoon
17. Tomato sauce 1 spoon
18. Chopped parotta 3
19. Coriander leaves chopped.
Procedure for making Chili parotta recipe:
1. Take 3 parotta
2. Cut into small square pieces
3. Take a kadai
4. Add some oil and add the parotta
5. Fry them in oil for 3 mins
6. Take them out
7. In the same kadai add some oil
8. Add chopped ginger and garlic
9. Add 2 chopped green chili
10. Add chopped 1 onion
11. Mix it well
12. Let it fry for 3 mins
13. Now add 2 chopped tomato
14. Fry them until it skin peels
15. Now add 1/4th spoon of turmeric powder, ½ spoon of chili powder, 3/4th spoon of coriander powder, ½ spoon of garam masala and add ½ spoon of Kashmiri chili powder and ½ spoon of salt.
16. Now add mix it well
17. Add some water
18. Let them boil for 5 mins
19. Add 1 spoon of red chili sauce and tomato sauce
20. Mix it well
21. Now add the fried parotta
22. Fry them or 3 mins in high flame
23. Turn off the stove
24. Now sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves.
