A retired firefighter from WMFD in West Memphis, AR. I moved to the sunshine state a couple of years ago and we love it in Florida. I enjoying cooking and I usually did the cooking at the fire stations, mainly because the cook didn’t have to clean up, lol. Most of the recipes I shared on here I’ve cooked at the station. Chili
1 pkg McCormick chili seasoning
1 lb Ground beef
1 med onion
1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes
1 can Favorite chili beans
1 can Beer
Brown meat and sauté onions drain fat, stir in seasoning mix, tomatoes and beans and beer. Bring to a boil, cover reduce heat to simmer for about 2 hours.
You can double or triple the recipe but only add 1 can of beer.
Top with your favorite topping
