Tamatar n Chilli Sabharo
Ingredients :
Take a Pan and add
1/2 Cup – Fenugreek Seeds
Roast till Little Colour Change and Switch Off the Gas n Let Cool Completely and take
4 no – Green Row Tomato
Cut into Long Strips and
4-5 no – Green Chillies Strips
Keep Aside
Take Roasted Methi and Grind Coarsely then add
2 tbsp – Salt Mix it and keep aside
Tadka :
Take a Pan and add
2 tbsp – Oil
1 tbsp – Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp – Asafoetida
1/2 tsp – Turmeric Powder
Mix and Add above Cut Chillies and Green Tomato
Mix and add
Salt to taste
Mix and Keep lid Over it qnd Cook till Done then add
above
2 tbsp – Methi Powder Mix
1 tsp – Sugar
Mix and Serve
