2lbs Chicken , thinly sliced
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup oil
1 lg red bell pepper , thinly sliced
1/2 med onion , thinly sliced
2-3 cloves garlic , minced
1 – 1 1/2 cups green beans , lightly steamed
3/4 – 1 cup sweet thai chili sauce
1/2 tsp ginger powder
2 tsp soy sauce , low sodium
