1 Spring onion
Fresh cilantro
Smoked paprika

Hot sauce
Homemade guacamole (any good recipe you can find online). Usually it’s with this:
2 avocado’s
1 tomato
1 lime
1 pepper
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
Fresh cilantro
Creme fraîche ingredients:
Vegan greek yoghurt
Lemon juice (bottled)
Creme fraîche recipe:
Add 3 to 4 tablespoons to a small bowl and add 1 to 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. It’s to taste, so how acidic you’d like it to be is up to you.
Recipe:
1. Mince the onion and garlic. Cut the half a bell pepper in tiny pieces.
2. Heat up the oil and sauté the onion and garlic for a few minutes.
3. Add the spices plus a bit of water, otherwise they are going to burn.
4. Add the tomato paste.
5. Add the vegan ground beef. Stir a bit.
6. Add the black beans and chili sauce, the corn kernels, the half a bell pepper and the cubed tomatoes.
7. Let this sit for about 15 minutes.
8. Meanwhile, cook the rice, make the guacamole and the creme fraîche.
9. When the chili is done, you can add a bit more of the chili con carne spice mix to taste.
10. Put the rice on a plate or in a bowl and add the chili.
11. Top it off with creme fraîche, guacamole, fresh cilantro, spring onion, smoked paprika, pepper, lime, hot sauce and tortilla chips.
12. Bon appetit!!
PS: It you want it to be a taste bomb, leave it on the stove (on low heat) for about an hour.
