Boiled eggs 6nos.
Oil 1.5tbsp
Garlic 1tbsp
Ginger 1tbsp

Green chili 3nos

Vinegar 0.5tsp
ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Soy sauce 2tsp
Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
cornflour slurry

-Cut the boiled eggs into 4equal halves
-In a mixing bowl add refined flour cornflour salt pepper ginger garlic paste add water as required to make a smooth and semi-thick batter
-Spread the maida on a plate
-Coat the egg pieces in the dry flour and dip them in the wet flour mixture
-Once the oil is hot drop the egg pieces in the oil
-Heat a pan add oil garlic ginger onion capsicum green chilies saute for 3 mins high flame
-Add pepper salt vinegar soy sauce chili sauce tomato ketchup cornflour slurry once the sauce is ready add egg pieces and mix it well finally add spring onion
-Egg chili is ready
