Cooking veggies and chili plus a grocery store run!

I post these on YouTube also! Most people in the intentionally fit accountability group have requested more cooking / food prep / macro videos.

So here we are!! I’m telling you right now I am NOT a complicated cook lol, most foods I cook have a lot of the same seasonings (garlic and more garlic lol and some sea salt and coconut aminos are my usual go to’s).
.
I’m not low carb , or low fat etc…I honestly keep it pretty balance +/- carbs fat depending on how I’m feeling etc.
.
Here I made a veggie dish with

Red/yellow peppers
Asparagus
Cauliflower rice
Mushrooms
Garlic (of course )
** coconut aminos and broth were used as seasoning**

Chili recipe (my fav)

Ground Turkey (or a mix of Turkey and beef)
Broth
Beans of choice
Tomato paste
Can of pumpkin
Chili powder
Garlic
Onion
Salt

(Sauté the
Onion and garlic take it out, then cook the meat and add other ingredients).

Cook on low for like 20 min and let the flavors marinate ! (See how professional my cooking is 🤣🤣🤣).
