Navy Bean Veggie Chili Recipe:
2 cans of navy beans
1 can of corn
1 can diced tomatoes (you can also add 1 can of tomato sauce)
3 stalks of celery
2 carrots
1 yellow onion
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups veggie broth
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp Salt (to taste)
1 tsp Black pepper
2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp of cayenne (skip if you don’t want it spicy)
* all these seasoning are seasoned to taste so adjust if need be*
After you’ve followed steps in video let chili come to a boil (uncovered at medium heat) then cover and let simmer at low- medium heat for about 20 min or until all flavors are combined and veggies are softened!
