Spicy Okra Chinese Style – Lady Finger Salad Recipe – Bodian Life

Spicy Okra Salad – easy, quick and healthy recipe. it is a good source of minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, and fiber.

▶ Ingredients :
● 500 g, Okra
●● 1 tbsp, Salt
●● 1 tbsp, Cooking Oil
● 1 bulb, Garlic
● 6 stems, Green Onion
● 5-10 Dried Chili Pepper
● 2 tbsp, Sesame Seeds
● 1 tbsp, Sugar
● 1 tbsp, Chili Flakes
● 1/2 tbsp, Salt
● And Cooking Oil.
Method :
1. Cut the top and bottom of the okra.
2. Finely chop the garlic into very small pieces.
3. Cut the green onion into long bite-size strips.
4. Boil the water, When it start a bubbles add salt and oil.
5. Blanch the okra into boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
6. Soak into iced water for 10-15 minutes.
7. Heat the pan, add the oil.
8. Add the garlic, green onion and dried chili pepper.
9. Cook them until the garlic is golden brown, 6-8 minutes.
10. Take them off, add sesame seeds, sugar, chili flakes and salt
11. Pour them into the okra and mix it well.
12. Enjoy your meal and have a lovely day !!!
