Ingredients
1 cup leftover Rice
1 Medium sized Onion (Finely Chopped)
1 Chili (Finely Chopped)
3 Onion Flower Strand (Finely Chopped)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1 tsp Coriander Powder
4 tbsp Besan (Gram Flour)
2 tbsp Corn Flour
Salt (As per your Taste)
1/2 Ltr. Oil
Procedure
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make balls from the dough. Deep fry the balls on a medium heat for 10 minutes. Garnish the balls with onion strands and chaat masala, enjoy the balls with Tomato sauce as dip.
