Cornbread Recipe:
I did not have cornmeal. I used bob’s red mill cornbread mix (gluten free). I loosely followed the recipe on the package. I browned the butter, used 2 cups of buttermilk and added jalapeño.
Chili Recipe:
I used kidney beans, black beans, white beans and 1Lb of ground beef. I didn’t not add any cayenne pepper. I added a little extra chipotle chili powder.
