• 1 ½ Tbsp All Purpose Flour
• ½ Tsp Black Pepper
• ½ Tsp Salt

• Chopped Ginger and Garlic
• 1 Small Chopped Onion
• Outside Onion Layers
• ½ Tbsp Soy Sauce
• ½ Tbsp Hot Sauce
• ½ Tbsp Green Chili Chutney
• ½ Tbsp Vinegar
• ½ Tbsp Ketchup
• Salt
• Black Pepper
• Chopped Spring Onion
• 1 Tbsp Corn Flour and Water Mixture
• Fresh Coriander Leaves
