10 lb spiral sliced ham
3 tbsp butter
1 cup pineapple juice
cooked at 325F for 2 hours
glaze
1 stick butter/ 1/2 cup
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup pineapple Jam
1 cup honey
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar or acv
1 tbsp garlic & ginger paste
1 tbsp chili paste or tsp chili powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
cook ham for additional 20 mins at 450F basting every 5 minutes
