Hey everyone and welcome back! Today I am sharing our dinners for the week! We stayed under $25 in the clearance section of King Soopers(Kroger) and Safeway(Albertsons) ❤️Thank you so much for being here & Thank you always for your constant support ❤️

Cajun Cous Cous:
1 box cous cous
3 red potatoes diced
Bell pepper, onion, corn, black bean blend
3 table spoons cajun seasoning
2 cups water
1 can rotel
Veggie burgers:
Chili recipe:
Mix 1 cup chili in a food processor.
Transfer to bowl and blend with 1/2 cup of quick oats and 1/3 cup flour and a pinch of salt, form patties and bake at 400 for 20 minutes, flip halfway. Serve with burger fixings and enjoy 🙂
Aquafaba Mayo:
Chocolate Banana pancake biscuits:
1 1/2 cup flour
2tbl cocoa powder
1tsp baking powder
2 ripe bananas
1tsp vanilla
1 cup water or milk
Mix wet and mix dry then mix together drop into biscuit shapes and bake at 400 for 15 minutes
Pulled Pork Pizza:
Pizza mix
Pulled bbq
Cheddar cheese
Bell pepper and onion
Bbq sauce
Fresh Rosemary
Bake at 450 for 12 minutes
Veggie Fried rice:
Brown rice
Broccoli
Asparagus
Carrots
Onions
Soy sauce
Sriracha
Green onion
Serve with edamame
