Chilli Paneer Gravy Noodles | Chilli Paneer & Hakka Noodles Combination

In this The Terrace Kitchen video, I bring you an easy and delicious recipe of Indo-Chinese style chilli paneer noodles. If you are a rice lover, then you can very well replace noodles with boiled rice in this recipe. Do use an iron wok to get that perfect street style desi Chinese taste.

INGREDIENTS:

150 gm Hakka Noodles (हक्का नूडल्स)

To Fry Paneer:
• 200 gm Paneer (पनीर)
• 1 & 1/2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour (मैदा)
• 1 & 1/2 Tbsp Cornstarch/Cornflour (कॉर्नफ्लार)
• Salt as per Taste (नमक)
• Some Oil for Shallow Frying (तेल)

Sauce:
• 3-4 Tsp Oil (तेल)
• 1 Tsp Chopped Ginger (अद्रक)
• 1 & 1/2 Tbsp Chopped Garlic (लहसुन)
• 1 Medium Sliced Onion (लम्बा कटा हुआ प्याज़)
• 1/2 Cup Carrot (गाजर)
• 2-3 Green Chillies (हरी मिर्च)
• 1 Small Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च)
• 1/2 Cup Cabbage (पत्ता गोभी)
• 2 Tbsp Chilli Sauce (चिली सॉस)
• 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce (सॉय सॉस)
• 1 Tbsp Cornstarch + 3/4 Cup water (कॉर्नफ्लार + पानी)
• Salt as per Taste (नमक)
