Chilli chicken is a popular Indo-Chinese dish of chicken – Desi Chinese is very popular in India and one of the most loved is Chilli Chicken. This Chilli Chicken can be made as a dry appetizer or as a gravy to enjoy with Chinese-style fried rice. Indo Chinese Chilli Chicken is a spicy, lightly sweet that you can cook at home. Crispy marinated chicken is sautéed in a spicy-sweet sauce along with onions and bell peppers. In this combination recipe today along with chili chicken I will make shrimp fried rice This chili prawn fried rice is not only delicious but nutritious and scrumptious and tastes and a great accompaniment to Indo Chinese gravy dishes

Ingredients:
Chicken thighs boneless (dices)-2 lbs.
Shrimp (roughly chopped) -1 lbs.
Cooked Rice (cooled) -4 to 5 cups
Onion – Diced -1 Large
Bell Pepper Red & Green – Mix-1 & ½ cup
Mushrooms – Quarter Cut -1 cup
Ginger – Finely Chopped -3 to 4 tbsp.
Garlic – Finely Chopped-3 to 4 tbsp
Whole Red Chili -3 to 4
Green Chili /Habanero Pepper -¼ cup
Green Peas + Carrot + Green Beans -2 cup
Spring Onions Green & White -½ cup each
All-Purpose Flour-3 tbsp
Corn Starch -2 to 3 tbsp.
Egg – for marinade -1
Egg for Fried Rice (optional) -3 to 4
Soy Sauce-4 to 5 tbsp.
Red Chili Sauce-4 to 5 tbsp.
Green Chili Sauce-4 to 5 tbsp.
Chili Vinegar -2 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup -2 tbsp
Salt -APT
Black Pepper Powder-APT
Sugar -1 tbsp
Ching’s Veg Noodles Powder (optional) -3 tbsp.
White Pepper Powder -APT
Oil for Frying and Cooking
Water – As needed
