My Christmas Decor Home Tour 2021-
Monday:
Sausage Soup Recipe:
1 pound of ground sausage ( mild or hot or you can mix)
1 medium yellow onion
minced garlic
EVOO
Italian seasoning
2 cans black beans
2 cans butter beans
1 large can of diced tomatoes seasoned or petite diced
64 oz of beef broth ( I usually add more broth)
Directions:
Saute onions and garlic in EVOO. Add sausage, brown, and drain fat. Then add a sprinkle of Italian seasoning and large can of diced tomatoes. Add 64 oz of beef broth and cook about 15 minutes until hot. Then add black beans and cook another 15 minutes. Last add the butter beans and finish cooking another 15 minutes. (I boiled Ditalini pasta to add to each bowl of soup)

Chili Recipe:
2 pounds of lean ground beef
large onion (I usually use yellow or white) or 2 medium onions
6-8 cloves of minced garlic
butter or EVOO
12 oz of tomato paste
16 oz of water (add more if needed)
Seasonings: (I usually donโt measure, these are approx.)
1 tsp. Season all
4+ Tbsp of Chili powder
1 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. oregano
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Add EVOO or butter to a large pot and place it over medium-high heat Add the onion and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the ground beef to the pot and brown breaking apart. Drain and return to stove. Add tomato paste and water and simmer. Add all seasoning and simmer 1/2 hour to hour stirring occasionally. I add more water if needed to get the chili to the consistency I want.
Cornbread Casserole: (Tiktok @bysophialee)
2 eggs
1 stick of butter
1 can whole kernel sweet corn
1 can sweet cream style corn
1 box of jiffy corn muffin mix
8 oz. sour cream
Directions:
In a bowl whisk 2 eggs and add 1 stick of melted butter. Drain the can of whole kernel sweet corn and add to bowl. Then add cream style corn (donโt drain) and sour cream. Mix all together. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray and add mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Two Ingredient Dessert: (Tiktok @mealsandmunchies)
1 can Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Icing
1 can pure pumpkin
Directions:
Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Cut up cinnamon rolls and place in baking dish. Mix in can of pure pumpkin. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes stirring half way through. When finished sprinkle with cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Melt icing in microwave and drizzle over top.
