I made my lunch very tasty and healthy/Srilankan day in my life vlog in tamil/Cassava recipe/DIML

Assalamu alaikum and hi friends..Welcome to my kitchen by Fasa…hope you all are doing good…Today I came with an interesting vlog..This video will be one of my lunch time…I made an interesting dessert recipe called”cassava sweet”or something was so tasty like sago pudding…using fresh cassava from my home garden..I have many cassava plants but my kids do not like to eat as yam so I though to feed them in a different way..

So I thought to make a dessert using cassava yam…yes alhamdhulillah it worked out…They ate well mashallah…and I made my lunch menu with a different and very tasty linna fish fry curry…I made that fried fish curry bit different…it was so tasty with my fresh home garden coconut milk and my home made spices…another sundal recipe made by the same cassava leaves…mashaallah it was so yummy specially becuase of I made that sundal like traditional way using fresh coconut grated from my grinding stone…

Also I made a tasty dal curry in my way..some of my suscriber friends requested me to share my dal curry recipe..so I thought to share in this video…It will be a very simple dal curry in my way…I think this video also will be bit useful to you all…Make your meals in a healthy way have your meals in a healthy way..There are many ways of making our meals healthy and also very tasty…but sorry for saying this now a days people who do not considering about heathy in meals but only caring about attraction and the taste which is bad for our health….

Our ancients told many ideas of making healthy and tasty meals so only we have to follow few of them…Today specially I wrapped my lunch using a fresh banana leaf from my home garden…wow mashaallah the taste was awesome..try once if you can…until than TC friends

*Another cassava leaf sundal recipe:

Ingredients:
For fish curry:
FOR FRYING FISH
*Linna fish-450g
*Turmeric-quarter tea sp
*Salt
FOR MAKING FISH CURRY
*Oil-1.5 TB sp
*Mustard and fenugreek seeds
*Garcinia-3 cloves or can use tamarind juice
*Garlic-2 cloves
*Onion-1[med]
*Curry leaves
*Chili powder-1 TBsp
*Salt
*Turmeric-half tea sp
*Curry powder-three quarter TBsp
*Pepper powder-1or2 tea sp
*Thick coconut milk-half cup
*Water-as your wish

For dal curry:
*Dal-three quarter cup
*1st and 2nd extract coconut milk
*Turmeric powder-1 tea sp
*Chili powder-1 tea sp
*Curry powder-half tea sp
*Pepper powder-very little
*Pandan leaf,curry leaves,cinnamon leaf
*Garlic-2 cloves
*Fenugreek seeds
*A piece of onion
*Green chili-2 or more as your wish
*Salt
FOR TEMPERING DAL CURRY
*Coconut oil-1 TBsp
*Mustard seeds
*A piece of onion
*Dried red chili-2
*Garlic-1 clove
*Curry leaves
*You may add chili powder and chili flake if you need

For making cassava sundal
*Cassava leaves-a bunch
*Fresh coconut-three quarter cup
*Some green chili or bird’s eye chili
*A piece of onion
*Turmeric-quarter tea sp
*Salt

For making cassava pudding/dessert/sweet
*Grated cassava-2 cups
*Sugar-half cup or as your taste
*Thick coconut milk-450ml
FOR CARAMELIZING
*Sugar-half cup
*Hot water-3-4 TBsp
