Prep Time – 10 minutes
Cook Time – 4 hours + in Crockpot
Ingredients :
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 (29-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced, tomato
1 (14-ounce) can dark, red kidney beans
dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 section garlic, or powder
3 Bay leaves
Directions :
Brown meat and onion flakes. Mix in all the other ingredients in a crock pot.
Refrigerate overnight.
Cook 4-5 hours next day on low heat.
Serve over spaghetti with shredded cheese and oyster soup crackers.
This makes 1/2 crock pot so you might double.

an easy recipe to make and something that everyone should try at least once.
