1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon white ground pepper
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1-3 tablespoon water
3 tablespoon rice wine
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 pieces star anise
1 long green chili
1 thai chili
