MEAL PREP WITH ME! | THE BEST CHILI RECIPE | WW MEAL PREP | SHEET PAN DINNER
Today I’m sharing three easy recipes that are perfect to prep ahead. I’m making a unique and tasty chili, tasty apple zucchini muffins, and the perfect prep ahead sheet pan dinner. Check it out, and don’t forget to subscribe!

3:01 Apple Zucchini Muffins
5:48 Veggie and Chicken Sausage Sheet Pan Meal
Chili Recipe:
Olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 lb ground beef, I used 90/10
3 – 3 1/2 Tbs chili powder (to taste)
2.5 Tbs cumin
2 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs oregano
3 garlic cloves, or a Tbs ground garlic
1/2 tsp salt
4 Tbs tomato paste
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup beef broth
1 1/2 cans no salt added black beans
*If you are using low sodium beef broth, or salted beans you will probably want to adjust the added salt.
*If you prefer a spicier chili you can add cayenne.

Veggie and Chicken Sausage Sheet Pan Meal Recipe:
You can add any veggies you’d like, and any sort of sauce. Here is what I used.
1 package apple chicken sausage
2 onions
1 1/2 zucchinis
1 pack of cherry tomatoes
1 bag frozen butternut squash
Olive oil, butter
Season with: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, thyme
