Hi guys this is my recipe Crispy Sweet and Sour Garlic Chili Chicken – This starts by making a very simple Sweet and Sour Garlic Chili Sauce using our versatile Sweet and Sour Concentrate. The inclusion of Garlic and chilies and a secret ingredient makes this sauce incredible as a cooking sauce or as a dip for anything like fried wings! You will not be disappointed with this. This stir fry Crispy Sweet and Sour Garlic Chili Chicken is hard to beat at any restaurant or takeaway – if your not sure give it a try and you will be amazed!

Ingredients
Sweet and sour garlic chili sauce
2 cups sweet and sour concentrate
1 cup water
10 cloves garlic min.
5-6 red chilies HOT
3-4 large red chilies – for colour and texture
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 chicken breast sliced or any part of the chicken you like
1 tsp chicken seasoning powder I use knorr
1 egg
1 tbsp cornflour
Shake of white pepper
Splash of Shaoxing wine
Splash of light soy sauce
Veg of your choice – I used
½ Red Pepper sliced
½ Yellow Pepper sliced
½ Green Pepper sliced
½ Onion sliced
Small piece of ginger sliced
Note: this sauce is sensational with crispy spring rolls or fried chicken wings as a dip!
