Panner Chilli! The name itself can get one drooling for it. This popular Desi Chinese dish is a sure shot hit among everybody. However, cooking it can get a little messy if not done properly. Chef Seema Gadh will show you how easily you can prepare this dish at home. You can eat this with Schezwan Fried Rice or Chowmein and enjoy the feast!

Paneer Chilli Recipe:
Ingredients:
1) 1 packet of Ching’s Secret Paneer Chilli Masala
2) 2 tablespoons of oil
3) 200 gram of paneer cubes
4) 100 gram of diced vegetables (onion, capsicum, carrot)
5) 1 slit green chilli
6) 2 cup (300ml) water
5) Chopped Spring onion for garnishing
Method:
Step 1
Add Ching’s Secret Paneer Chilli Masala to water & mix well.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan & stir-fry paneer cubes, diced vegetables (onion, capsicum, carrot) & green chilli (add more if you want it hot) for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Add masala mixture & stir well. Bring to a boil & simmer for 2-3 minutes. For thicker gravy simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with chopped spring onion & serve with Schezwan Fried Rice, Chowmein or have it just like that 🙂
