Welcome to our brand new series – Chef’s Secret Hot Dog Recipes. The Sausage Man has challenged a series of Chefs to create their signature hot dog and share their secret recipe with us.
Up first is the one and only Chef Philli, showing us how it’s done with her Asian flavour influences. Using our Chilli Beef Frankfurter, she tops it with some tasty ingredients including mushrooms, Lamb Weston waffle fries, and some delcious sauces.
