HOW TO: Your New Favorite CHILI RECIPE [bonus Sous Vide Short Rib]

Your new favorite Chili recipe here. We’re working with our newest delivery of Porter Road meats to make this amazing chili. And we’re going to be adding in some Sous Vide short rib.

Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 small chuck steak (diced in ¼-½ ” cubes)
1 lb of sausage
3-4 TBSP Meat Church seasoning. (If you don’t have meat church you can use, 2 Tbs ancho chili powder 1 Tbs (red) chili powder)
2 medium yellow onion (diced)
Cheddar cheese
3 or 4 chipotle chiles in Adobo sauce (diced)
2 Poblano peppers (seeds removed and diced)
1 Red Bell pepper (seeds removed and diced)
2 Serrano or Jalapeno chiles (seeds removed and diced)
2 Tsp finely chopped fresh garlic
2 Tbs cumin
12 oz dark beer (New Castle Brown Ale recommended)
2 chicken bouillon packets
¾ cup black coffee
2 oz semi-sweet chocolate
24 oz jar of tomato sauce
15 oz can of beans (optional)
kosher salt and black pepper
