1 cup Long grain Basmati Rice (rinsed and soaked for 20 mins)

1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 cup Yogurt / Curd
1 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Mint leaves
2 tbsp Finely Chopped cilantro
1 tsp Salt (as required)

1 Bay leaf
1 small Cinnamon stick
3 Cloves
2 Green Cardamom
1/2 tsp Cumin
7 to 9 Raw Cashew Nuts
Ground Spices
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
