Bulalo Ingredients:
1.5 pls Beef (Use bone marrow, beef short-ribs, chuck roast and any bone-in cut of the beef.)
14 cups Water, adjust accordingly
1 large Yellow Onion
4 stalks Green Onions
Ginger, crushed
1 tbsp Salt, to taste
1 tbsp Fish sauce, adjust according to your taste
4-6 medium-sized Potatoes
2 Sweet Corn
2 cups Green Beans
3-4 Baby Bokchoy
1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
1 tbsp Lemon juice
