CHOLE NACHOS WITH BASIL CREAM
This recipe is fairly versatile, and even small additions or changes can make an impact on your tastebuds.
CHOLE NACHOS WITH BASIL CREAM
⢠In Bowl Add-
3-4 tbsp Chickpeas Flour
2 tbsp Gram Flour
Salt to taste
½ tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Honey
1½-2 tbsp Olive Oil
½/2 cup Water
⢠1 tsp Mace Powder 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper Mix and make dough
⢠Take 1 Avocado Pulp and keep it in 1 cup Water with 2 tsp Lemon Juice
⢠In Another Bowl Add-
5 to 6 Garlic Cloves
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 to 3 tsp Honey
a pincho f Red Chili Powder
1½ tbsp Olive Oil
Mix well
⢠Sprinkle Gram Flour and roll the dough.
Make triangles and deep fry in hot oil for 10 to 12 minutes
⢠In Same Spice Mixture Add-
1/2 Avocado
Fresh Basil Leaves
2 to 3 tbsp Honey
a pinch of Rock Salt
⢠2 tbsp Boiled Chickpeas Mix well
⢠For Presentation:
Serve Nachos with Avocado Cream and Granish with Basil Leaves, Mace Powder and Lemon Slices
⢠Chole Nachos with Basil Cream is ready to serve.
