The Workout:

Warm up:
3 sets of 10 reps
-Pull ups

Workout 1:
3 sets of 12 reps
-Rope pull downs

Workout 2:
4 sets of 10-12 reps
-Double arm cable lat pull downs

Workout 3:
4 sets of 10-12 reps
-Rear delt pulls

Workout 4:
4 sets of 10 reps (each movement counts as one)
-Kayak rows

Workout 5:
3 sets of 12 reps
-Dumbbell incline rows

Workout 5
3 sets of 10 reps
-Superman for lower back

Chili Recipe

Ingredients:
-2 cloves garlic
-1/2 onion
-1 green pepper
-1 package of ground turkey
-2 cans of diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
-1 can of beans your choice (Im using Pinto beans)
-1 can tomato paste
-1 tbsp chili powder
-1/2 tsp oregano
-1/2 tsp cumin
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-salt & pepper to your taste

Directions:
-Cook garlic cloves for about 1-2 mins
-Add onions, cook about 5-7 mins
-Add ground turkey, cook until brown and cooked
-Add the rest of the ingredients
-Cook for 30 mins at a medium/low temp
-ENJOY& SERVE… or meal prep
