We all love to eat pickles , but consuming it daily doesn’t benefit health as it has too much of salt and oil for natural preservation.
So here is a pickle without oil which can be consumed daily and adds health benefits as well.
Ginger has its own medicinal value and should be included in our regular diet. It aids in digestion, weight loss, regulates blood pressure , reduces inflammation , helps relieve nausea and many more.
I learnt this recipe from my friend and found it very useful and easy to make.
