Pork skewers – Easy, quick and best bbq recipes.
βΆ Ingredients :
β 500 g, βPork Shoulder
β 1/2 tsp, Salt
β 1 tsp, Sugar
β 1 tsp, Chili Powder
β 3 tsp, Light Soy Sauce
β 2 tsp, Oyster Sauce
β 1 tbsp, Korean Red Chili Paste (Gochujang)
β 1 tbsp, Corn Starch
β 1 Chicken Egg, Skewers and Cooking Oil
Method :
1. Dice the pork into medium cubes.
2. Marinate the pork with Salt, Sugar, Chili Powder, Light Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Korean Red Chili Paste (Gochujang), Corn Starch and Chicken Egg.
Mix it well and Marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Thread 4 or 5 pieces of pork onto each skewer.
4. Heat up the cooking oil in the pan and reduce to low heat, fry on each side for about 4 minutes.
5. Serve it Immediately and dip with chili sauce/ BBQ sauce.
Note: Can substitute fry with grill on low heat for 8-10 minutes total.
