In this week’s video, we continue along our drive from Oregon to Washington State. Last episode, we got caught in a snowstorm in our campground in the middle of nowhere Oregon, and today we drive the van on snow for the first time ever!
There’s nothing better than a bowl of hot, spicy chili when it’s cold outside, so obviously we had to make our very own Spicy Campfire Chili! We include the recipe and instructions, as always, so that you can try the same recipe at home or while camping!
