Ingredients
3/4 kg of pork cubes
2 medium onions sliced
1 tsp of ginger paste
6-8 cloves of garlic mince
2 rosemary sprigs finely chopped
1 cinnamon bark
1/2 chicken stock cube melted in half a cup of water
2 chillies finely chopped (optional)
1 & 1/2 tbsp of cooking oil
2 tbsp of dark soy sauce
Salt to taste
1 tsp of black pepper
Throwdown Tips
I covered the pork to cook for 6 minutes in order to soften the first time and an additional 6-7 minutes the second time around.
Total cook time 30-35 minutes.
