Instant Pot DUO80 8 Qt 7-in-1 Pressure Cooker, Slow Cooker, Rice Cooker, Steamer, Sauté, Yogurt Maker and Warmer
Sorry the prices are different online than from store. Look at your local stores first. It does not have to be the exact brand, you just want Califronia chili powder, New Mexico or California Chili pods (dried chili’s) and corn flour.

Chili Bean Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb uncooked Pinto Beans
2 lbs ground beef
1 green bell pepper (chopped)
1 red bell pepper (chopped)
½ large onion (chopped)
28 oz can of diced tomato
2 heaping tablespoons of minced garlic or 1 garlic chopped
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon ground or dried oregano
3 tablespoons California Chili Powder (can substitute for chili powder)
1 New Mexico Chili pod or to taste of spice (Hot)
2 tablespoons Maseca corn flour
Salt to taste
Clean your beans with a rinse of cold water and put them in the instant pot. Fill with water at least to 1 – 2 inches above the top of the beans. Close and seal and pressure cook for 20 mins. Once done, allow to naturally release for 10 mins then force release.
Now put your instant pot to Sautee, and crumble your ground beef in to allow cooking. Stir for faster results. Put all your remainder ingredients besides the corn flour, and allow enough time for the beef and veggies to cook while stirring occasionally. Cover with lid for 10 mins with the instant pot off. After the chili has settled, add the corn flour and stir in thoroughly.
Serve with Corn Bread
