Ingredients
Wrap
Maida 1 cup
Salt 1/2 TSP
Sugar 1/2 TSP
Water 1 cup
Olive oil -1 TSP
Bean spread
Boiled Kidney beans 1 cup
Chopped capsicum 1/4 th cup
Onion chopped 1/4 cup
Chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup
Olive oil 1 TSP
Catch salt pinch
Mexican seasoning 1/4 TSP
Catch turmeric powder pinch of
Catch red chili powder 1/4 TSP
Catch cumin seeds 1 TSP
Chopped garlic 1/2 TSP
Salsa
Chopped tomato 1/2 cup
Chopped onions 1/4 cup
Chopped capsicum 3 TSP
Chopped yellow bell pepper 2 TSP
Chopped green coriander 3 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
Hot tomato sauce 2 TSP
Mexican rice
Boiled rice 1cup
Chopped bell pepper 2 TSP
Chopped onion 1/4 cup
Chopped tomato 2 TSP
Chopped bell pepper 3 TSP
Chopped capsicum 3 TSP
Chopped garlic 1/2 TSP
Catch Cumin seeds 1/2 TSP
Olive oil 1 TSP
Catch salt 1/4 TSP
Catch chili powder 1/4 TSP
Mexican seasoning 1/2 TSP
Boiled kidney beans 1/2 cup
Paneer slices 6-7 grilled
Cheese grated 1/2 cup
Saur cream or hung curd or mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Green coriander
Method
Wrap
mix all the ingredients and make a running batter, medium consistency.
Heat a nonstick pan and pour 1/2 cup of batter on the hot pan and spread it and flip it once done to other side. press it with a spechula and cook from both sides. Take it out and keep it in a covered in kitchen cloth.
Salsa.
Mix everything together
Kidney bean spread
Head a pan add olive oil then cumin seeds, chopped garlic, chopped onion, tomato and capsicum, boiled kidney beans. Saute them and add the seasoning and catch spices. Take it out and grind it in the grinder by adding kidney beans stock 2-3 TSP. Make a smooth spread.
Mexican rice
Heat a pan.
Add cumin seeds, then chopped garlic, cook it.
Then add chopped onion, cook it for few minutes and then add chopped capsicum, bell pepper, tomatoes, beans, and cook for a while.
Add the boiled rice .
Add the catch spices and other seasoning. And take it out in a bowl.
Assembling
Take the tortilla wrap, spread 1tsp kidney bean spread it.
Place the 2 tsp Mexican rice.
Place the 2 TSP salsa
Add chopped cheese 2 TSP
Add some boiled kidney beans.
And wrap it carefully.
It’s ready.
You can grill it on grill pan to get the lovely marks on it.
