On a cold snowy day, who wouldn’t enjoy a warm bowl of Smoked Chili. This simple recipe for beef chili on a pit boss smoker will not disappoint. I hope you try this smoked chili recipe and enjoy it.
Ingredients:
1. 1.5 Lbs of Ground Beef
2. 2 cups of diced tomato
3. 1 cup of diced green chili
4. 1.5 cups of beef broth
5. 2 cups of kidney beans (optional)
6. 1 cup of tomato sauce
7. Chili powder, onion flakes, garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, red pepper flakes or powder.
Set smoker at 225 and add beans after an hour. Continue to smoke for 30 minutes up to an hour then pull and enjoy.
